The bedroom is nice, clean, but the staff may be forgotten to add another spoon since I found only 1 teaspoon for 2 cup of tea/coffee cup. And I cannot found soap inside the bathroom, only 2 shampoo available. Breakfast buffet just so-so, typically hotel breakfast minus sausages. Fitness center ac is not ON, so its quite hot that time. Swimming pool is on the rooftop. The plus point beside the clean room and nice cozy room is the hotel surrounded by so much restaurant, cafe, bar and supermarket also mall nearby. So its good to stay here and enjoy staycation at south Jakarta. Thanks Park Regis for memorable stay!

2 Days before checked in I confirm for avaibility to latecheckout, the staff confirm the price and I agree. When I'm check in they change the price said that only available 1 type of time for late check out. The staff looks mature using different uniform (I believe she was the resepsionist spv) but didn't have knowledge for any of this. Next 2 hour I come down the lobby and agree to late check out whatever how they cost and the other resepsionist said the same price on the phone, what the fuck the first resepsionist! She just lying and want to take my money, if I know her name I will mention it! Room was dirty and very very differnt from the picture (becareful scam), the toilet can't flush smoothly what the fuck, TV channel sucks, I was upgraded by traveloka to king size then they came in queen still what the fuck. Worst staycat I've ever had.

I hope this only happened to me. First, there were no towels provided on the first night. Then, the receptionist put me in room with noisy hallway. Water kettle is not working at all. Lastly, before check out, the neighboring guests were like having karaoke or something with their doors open which led me to hurry and get myself out early. I don't mean to be nitpicky, but there are guests who wish to be peaceful in their rooms. Some noises in the hallway are tolerable but there are manners and threshold to that.

Staff are very welcome also very helpful. Overall is a good place for break from city inside the city but the food are just nice only, for foods variety and the taste are just nice.

Bersih banget, nyaman, staff juga ramah, breakfast diganti sahur menunya gak banyak tapi enak pas buat sahur. Pertama kali staycation dibulan puasa kwkwkw. Very recomended👍
