Humble staff, clean, room, and cozy. Location is near from central shopping area like Palembang Icon (just 50 meter), Palembang Square, also with SIloam hospital. I spend my 5 night here with enjoy the breakfast menu. The sandals is available as per request ya, so if you need just call the front desk and thier crew will give it to you. This is so recommended.

Bed bug. The bed itself isn't comfortable. The desk had a sticky stain. Clearly they didn't even clean it up after the last guest use the room. I didn't use the towel because look dirty. No slippers. The floor was dirty. I use one of the towel as floor mat. The kettle was so slow to boil and didn't have automated switch.

Very nice, very interesting, what a wonderful staying @ azza hotel palembang & excellent service. The food taste good, the room is clean, the service is good & it 's equipped with sajadah, so it 's best for moslem to stay in hotel azza palembang. Thank you hotel azza palembang.
