got to know two nights during the fasting month, the first night the sahur menu was a package of our choice delivered to the room, the second night a buffet like the usual breakfast. because I ordered through traveloka there was a free takjil promo too. the service was really good, the room was quite big even though it was a bit old

I really like the restaurant and the swimming pool..
clean, spacious, very clean toilets, fragrant and there is a playground near the pool. The pool is for toddlers, children and adults.
for the restaurant the food is delicious, what I like the most is the sushi..
for the cleanliness of the room is still lacking, the floor is still dusty, the table too.

Plus, the price is cheap for an executive room with 2 queen beds, the hotel staff is friendly, the restaurant is delicious, there are many variations, the chef who makes waffles is very friendly and even bargains with visitors.
The downside is, yes, swimming requires a swimsuit, while I was wearing a t-shirt and shorts, it doesn't matter if I get reprimanded, but I was the only one who got reprimanded, even though there were many mothers there who were wearing the same t-shirts as me. So I was confused. I intended to stay for 2 more nights, but it didn't happen because of that incident. It's okay to get reprimanded, but reprimand everyone. Thank you๐๐ป hopefully it will be improved again
And one more downside is that finding food after 11 o'clock is a bit difficult because the surrounding area is already closed and the restaurant closes at 10 o'clock.

The AC in the room only blows out air, not cold. I called the technician, he said "it will cool down later" but in reality it won't cool down until tomorrow! It's stuffy. Everyone has finished breakfast at 8:30, oh my. Just once is enough.

When I was in Jakarta from Bandung, I left my bag at woosh. With the alertness and agility of the hotel staff. My bag returned safely and without any damage. Staycation several times here, close to the shopping center, nice hospitality, the food is also delicious. It's just not comfortable with the toilet, the floor is not suitable for the toilet, it's too slippery, because bringing elderly people and children, I was worried several times almost slipped. Maybe it can be replaced with a safer floor for the toilet. Anyway, tq, so happy to stay here ๐๐

Breakfast is not varied enough, food refills are quite late, as a result, breakfast at a hotel of BW's level is only rice + fried egg + instant noodles.
The toilet smells and the flush is not strong enough.

constrained by the elevator.. only 2 have access to the hotel starting from floor 21-33.. so wasting time in the elevator.
breakfast over capacity.. no place to sit.. lack of preparation.. food refill late.. no preparation to face the day after the new year in the kitchen. for the man guarding the Indomie stand is very friendly. I like friendly staff. good job.

Friendly staff. Long check-in time. Even though I arrived at 3 o'clock, I was still told to wait. The room key was wrong, I reported it back and forth to the receptionist 3 times. The elevator took so long. Then the towels weren't there. It was only delivered at Maghrib. The AC wasn't cold, the outdoor AC was incredibly noisy. Breakfast was also mediocre, the melon was hard and bitter. There was food that was already sour. Please fix it again.
