Booking karna kesalahan saya juga gak liat review sebelumnya. Tergiur karna bagus bgt di foto ternyata semuanya zonk, saya nginep 3hari disini booking dr traveloka dgn opsi pay at hotel. Yg dimana kalo saya cancel akan kena charge full payment ke credit card saya. Dateng2 kesini saya baru landing dan hours menghadapi dengan proses check in yg super lelet. Dlm keadaan capek masih saya sabar sabarin. Ditambah saya harus kena charge 30k perhari untuk handuk dan sikat gigi dan WAJIB. And cash only. Sekalipun kita udh bawa ttp hours bayar perhari. Ini jg pengalaman pertama bahwa handuk diluar harga traveloka. Ada 15 menit sy nunggu pdhl pengalaman saya dihotel bintang brp pun check in cmn tinggal kasih deposit, ttd, lgsg serah kunci. Ini saya tegor krna saya bener bener capek butuh rebahan. Akhirnya galama dr itu kamar saya udh ready. First impression pas sampe lobbynya panas AC mati dan bau pesing. Lift mati. Dan hotel ini non wifi. Sampe dikamar saya kaget disuguhin dgn visual yg nggak banget. Tau kok, yg saya bayar juga standard. Tp menurut saya kamar kaya gini gak layak untuk disewakan. Harga yg tertera ditraveloka hanya harga sewa kamar yaa. Tidak dengan fasilitas yg ada. Saya ada rencana mau pindah dihari kedua dan ketiga dan dikabarin klo refund gabisa full. Semoga dengan adanya review kaya gini bs diperbaikin. Tp klo ga diperbaikin juga mending gausah masuk traveloka. Karna hrsnya yg kaya gini ga lolos uji kenyamanan pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan.

The wifi doesn't connect. The sink leaks. The water heater is sometimes hot, sometimes not. The television has no channels. The AC is noisy.

Unfriendly hotel staff do not deserve to be staff. There is no TV service, no wifi. My suggestion is to just close the hotel🙏🏻. The location is strategic right in the middle of the city but the hotel is not comfortable 🙏🏻 hopefully it will be improved starting from the staff and others.

There are cockroaches in the room. Dusty. Small bathroom water, no hot water, no wifi. This is the first time there is a paid soap hotel. The owner and staff need to do a comparative study first to other home stays or hotels 😄

1. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room, because the door is not tightly closed. So I couldn't sleep all night. I complained to the receptionist but there was no response. 2. There is no room key.

There was no trash can, the blanket had reddish brown spots (I asked Fi to replace it and she immediately replaced it with another blanket, but it wasn't very clean), there was no night light, the water in the sink didn't flow smoothly, there were lots of lipstick spots on the walls, even lip spots, there were no tissues.
