Very friendly welcoming staff, nice and clean room, and also, kids love the bathroom since it has bathtub! 😂 Clean pool and there is a staff always watching for safety, good dinner in the restaurant, overall it's an excellent stay, highly recommended and will definitely come back next time

I had the most pleasant stay here. This accommodation is nice place for holiday especially for family. When Sunday I go there, it present some clowns for making glad the children and also variety menu for breakfast is delicious. I would highly recommend to everyone

The room is clean and spacious, the room facilities are quite complete. Location is close to the city center and easy to find alternative food. I didn't find any power outlets around the table.

Saya upgrade kamar ke tipe studio room dan ternyata mengecewakan, bantal + bed cover + kasurnya bau apek. Bantalnya pun kotor banyak titik2 hitam jamur. Bathrobe nya pun banyak titik2 hitam jamur. Padahal sebelumnya saya pernah menginap di hotel ini, sama sekali tidak pernah mengecewakan. Setelah itu, saya ajak anak saya yang balita untuk berenang dan karna ada store perlengkapan renangnya saya membeli pelampung renang, tiba2 besok nya ketika saya membawa anak saya renang, saya dituduh menyewa bukan membeli. Dan ketika saya bilang saya sudah membayar dan menunjukan bukti bayar, dibilangnya kalo untuk membeli harganya salah. Harga yang saya bayar itu untuk harga sewa pelampung.

My previous stay in this hotel was excellent and no complaint. However my recent stay was terribly bad because of the following issues. 1. Water shower pressure was not okay. The pressure is too weak (see attached photo). The technician did some cleaning in site the valves but small improvement only. 2. Towels which were available in my room was in poor condition (see attached photo). I brought the towels to the front desk hotel and make a big complaint. Finally, they replaced with the new towel. 3. My hotel room temperature was not able to be adjusted. They did some repairs to ducting system but small improvement.

Its worse when the receptionist and the hotel manager force you to pay laundry for $ 10 cause we accidentally put a little bit coffee spot in the doormats. Which we all know the price of the doormats isn't more than $ 3.

We had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel, initially planning for one night but extending to four due to the overall positive experience. The spacious room, balcony, and tub facilities offered a great deal, despite slightly dim lighting and stained wallpapers – these minor issues didn't significantly impact our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the hotel 's delicious mantaus were a highlight. The diverse and tasty meals, including fresh sushi at the onsite restaurant, added to the positive experience. Conveniently, there 's also a shop selling alcoholic beverages. The only drawback is its distance from the city center. Overall, a worthwhile stay with good amenities and excellent staff.
