What makes it uncomfortable is the staff. They play games together and shout in the lobby. Then they walk around without wearing clothes. They need to be trained more professionally.

The room and facilities are okay for that price but the staff are not friendly and don't smile much, the receptionist is not very helpful in terms of information, maybe in the future a valet car service will be provided because if we park the car outside and there is a guest car inside that wants to get out, we are told to move it ourselves and that is very annoying during rest time. Hopefully it can be improved.

The hotel is new so it is still clean and in good condition. However, it needs a lot of improvement, especially in service and facilities. The front office needs to be friendlier (don't be rude and just play with your phone). There needs to be a hair dryer that can be borrowed. I was placed in a room near the water machine, it was very noisy, upgrade the machine that is not loud. There needs to be soap/shampoo attached to the wall if there is no place to store shampoo/soap bottles in the bathroom. There needs to be a breakfast/food order service (don't lose to motels). Provide a welcome drink, there needs to be a gallon of mineral water for guests.
