Pelayanananya sangat baik, namun fasilitas hotelnya tidak memuaskan. Keran wastafel tidak nyala, airnya juga ga bisa turun. Banyak nyamuk. AC gak bisa dimatiin karena remot ga berfungsi, jadi tengah malam pas kedinginan baru kami sempat minta diperbaiki. Mungkin ke depannya bisa diperbaiki ya sebelum tamu check in.

The place and facilities are actually really good. But unfortunately it is not maintained, the bathroom is not clean, the swimming pool is mossy, the tv signal is not there, the air conditioner is not cold. And also the journey there is very far, but at least the road is good and smooth. Besides that, if you go through the coastal road, you will be treated to beautiful views. Overall it&#39;s quite okay, the restaurant is clean and we can also barbeque at the restaurant lodge.

It's actually good, just not well maintained. Looks like the cleaning staff should be added. It's really a shame with all the views, the facilities have been built in such a way but trash is everywhere, even in the bathroom there are cockroaches.

Tempatnya terpencil, kurang terawat, kamar deluxe nya biasa aja tapi kamar mandinya bau banget. Mungkin karena lama. Ga dipake. Kusam. Masuk kamar baunya ga enak banget. Kalo untuk makanan karena ga include breakfast jadinya mesen di restonya. Makan malemnya juga enak. Pantainya kecil jadi cuma sedikit bisa explore pasirnya. Pokoknya kalo lebih terawat mungkin akan lebih bagus lagi. Kolam renangnya ga bisa dipake karena katanya lagi renov.

I booked 1 deluxe double room and 1 deluxe villa room. Dirty bathroom, broken shower, damp room. We arrived at 12.30 at the location, one of the receptionists did not. Let me check in because it's not yet time (1.5 hours to go) and I agree. But the receptionist in an unfriendly way again didn't let me see the two rooms. I need to see the condition and size of the room because I brought my 80-year-old grandmother who walks using a cane and a wheelchair. Hotel staff tend to impose trivial hotel rules such as parking locations, places to eat to guests, while the hotel is not full. Very disturbing thing. There is no direct access from the hotel to the swimming pool and beach even though guests already have tickets directly to the beach and pool. Access must be through the beach entrance for general visitors. The water boom was broken and unusable.

I enjoy the hotel because it is close to the beach, but the remote location with the road is not smooth and dark does not allow foraging (especially dinner). Take care to bring provisions to worry that the hotel restaurant will close. We naturally eat the bread left over from the trip. the service of the receptionist is disappointing, hopefully in the future it can be better.
