This hotel is disappointing! I booked this room because there was a bathtub facility at a fairly high price. We checked in at night after the trip, hoping to enjoy a hot bath. But after checking in, even the hot water was not available. I tried to turn on the hot water to fill the bathtub but for an hour the hot water only appeared for a few minutes then changed to cold water. When asking someone, whether he was the receptionist or the owner directly, he said the water heated up every hour so we had to wait again. But I think it doesn't make sense. And when waiting for an hour, the water in the bathtub was gone. It turned out that the bathtub cover was not tightly closed. Finally that night we didn't take a bath because the air and water were cold, still hoping that the water would be back to normal in the morning. It turned out that until the morning there was still no hot water. We decided to immediately check out and request an early check in at the next hotel so we could take a comfortable bath. I was disappointed, especially since there was no compensation or solution from the hotel. The reason given was that the MBC was in error, it kept going down. The rest of this hotel is also not very interesting. The location is far from the city, suitable for people who want healing and to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We didn't try the food because the menu was limited, but the prices were cheap, like the warmindo menu. The TV is not a smart TV, there are only a few channels. The room was not clean, the sheets were not clean, there were many stains and marks. The mattress was quite comfortable. We got a room on the ground floor in the corner near the parking lot. After I read some reviews, there were indeed some who complained about this room, to the point that some said the room was not worth renting.

The hotel staff was very good, but unfortunately when I stayed, I got a room at the bottom end near the parking area. The room doesn't look like it's worth renting out, because some of the lights are off & the rest are dim. The smell of the room was unpleasant, the wooden blinds on the windows were broken, cleanliness was also minimal in the room. The TV also had a screen in the bottom 1/3 of it that was damaged and black, there was only one socket on the TV cable which had to alternate with the lights and electric kettle. In my opinion, it would be better not to rent a room like that, especially since the rental fee is the same as other rooms even though the facilities are different.

It&#39;s very comfortable to stay here, nice view with balcony, complete room facilities, there is a minibar too. It's just that the maintenance is lacking and the staff sometimes isn't there. But everything else is ok. Will definitely go there again.

Nice place with budget, dekat dengan banyak resto.(+) check in mudah tidak ribet.(+) kebetulan dapet harga promo.(+) Air hangat berfungsi normal.(+) AC cukup dingin.(+) Kulkas dingin.(+) Hairdryer berfungsi.(+) View oke.(-) Parkiran terbatas.(-) Stop kontak terbatas, pastikan bawa kabel roll, colokan kaki 3 atau semacamnya. Resepsionis tidak selalu stay di tempat, tapi gak masalah overall cukup oke karena dapet rate sangat good deal under 300K per malam. Will be back again kalo dapet rate oke lagi hihi. Gak sempet foto kamarnya jadi cuma sempet foto bangunan di hotelnya aja, next time kalo kesini lagi akan foto roomnya. Sukses terus Casa De Apple ✨
