I was booking my room in advance, and asking for nonsmoking room but they can provide it, they was trying to clear the smell from the room but it wasn't working properly. But overall the staff was nice but it wasn't good experience for me. Hope they get better.

Saya pesan 1 malam saja. Kamar Mandi saluran air nya mampet sehingga banjir saat Mandi. Shower juga tdk lancar aliran airnya. Sudah terlalu capek jd sampai di hotel ga priksa2 Da Lat sebelum jd di kamar tsb. Tlg pihak hotel memeriksa kembali dan memberikan kamar yang tidak bermasalah kepada konsumen. Kita butuh beristirahat Bukan lg utk cek2 kamar.
