stay for one night with my family, affordable and the room was pretty spacious and neat. breakfast was okay, the staffs are very polite and helpful. great deal for family with children

The cleanliness of the room was awesome. The location is easy to spot. The parking area was quite large. The service was great. But there are some suggestions for the management: 1) The door lock system was not child friendly your three-years-old child could open it and escape while sleeping, 2) I found no spoon there, so I couldn't make a coffee nor tea.

It was very nice place to go with easy access located in town, their room also bigger, even their twin size can fit for 4 people as well, and two thumbs for the toilet; it's large and clean. :)

All good, I enjoyed my stay, good thing is they provide the water kettle, coffee, tea, all that I need for my stay. I came late already so not many times to check where the convenience store, but I got what I need.

Memilih Citrus sbg tempat menginap basically krn gak sengaja. Lokasinya di area yg tdk terlalu ramai, nuansa asri. Menginap total 3 malam, 2 malam pertama di lantai 1 family room, malam ke 3 extend di lantai 3 twin room. Overall pengalaman baik selama menginap. Staff semua baik, helpful dan ramah. Kondisi kamar baik, amenities hanya ada handuk, sabun, sikat gigi, cukup. Di lantai 1 kamarnya sdh smart TV, lantai 3 TVnya masih channel biasa. Karena pas bulan puasa, ada pilihan mau utk sarapan atau sahur. Sarapannya a la carte, pilihannya ada mie goreng, nasi goreng atau soto, nanti diantar ke kamar. Sarapannya sangat enak, diprovide oleh cafe yg menyatu dgn hotel, namanya Crove Cafe. Kopi di cafe ini jg enak, bisa jg pesan utk diantar ke kamar, bayar langsung. Kekurangannya hanya wifi yg belum sampai di kamar lantai 3, sama di kamar mandi ngga ada tissue gulung. Recommended utk jd alternatif tempat staycation di Bogor.

I have stayed at Citrus House three times, the service is very friendly from the security guard to the receptionist. For rooms, bathrooms is clean, water is quite hard. Only the pillows are not comfortable, the TV channels are not clear and there are not many choices.
