their biggest attraction is family room with private jacuzzi. the room is spacious. manager is fast respond though at the beginning we figured out some minor ones but the manager on duty is fast respond and take care of our complaints sharply. location is quite far from downtown. and the breakfast is so so. well if you want a private Jacuzzi for your family try this one then

Sangat nyaman untuk staycation. Although the location is quite far from main street, we could easily find grab or gojek to go to city center. I love the green area and swimming pool. If you happen in Bandung with your family, I would recommend this place.

Overall was good. Just in concern with the cleans of bathroom and road access to hotel still in progress. A bit confusing. But hopefully next staycation would be much better.

Room is very small, not worthy. I order single bed, they gave us twin bed. Nothing special, just so so.

Disappointed staying in this hotel. I booked a Deluxe Suite, but it is worst room. No bedside tables, no bench of hand wash basin. Difficult to put my toiletries. I had to notify the management to get the TV to work. The restaurant is an open area, no smoking area. Smoking is out site the restaurant but no astray. Dinning table in the restaurant-no tissue, no salt & pepper bottles. I ordered Oxtail soup IDR 105.000 only got 2 pieces of oxtail, not worth it.
