their biggest attraction is family room with private jacuzzi. the room is spacious. manager is fast respond though at the beginning we figured out some minor ones but the manager on duty is fast respond and take care of our complaints sharply. location is quite far from downtown. and the breakfast is so so. well if you want a private Jacuzzi for your family try this one then

Sangat nyaman untuk staycation. Although the location is quite far from main street, we could easily find grab or gojek to go to city center. I love the green area and swimming pool. If you happen in Bandung with your family, I would recommend this place.

Overall the hotel is very good but only the road access to the hotel is a bit difficult for us to get online vehicles... the food is delicious and there are many choices... the atmosphere is very cold... I don't think there is a need for AC

Good service, the view is really nice. The staff on duty are also friendly, one of them is Teh Astrid. Unfortunately the food is not that delicious and varied. One example is the milk given for cereal tastes very runny and bland (either because it is mixed with water or the type of milk that I think is not that good). Some types of food also taste bland and hard. Hopefully in the future it can be better.. amen

we celebrated our son's birthday. The staff help us in giving him a surprise. it was a very sweet gesture that the hotel gave us. the jacuzzi too, giving us a very sweet and memorable experience

One of the most worthwhile hotels, the price is quite affordable with very complete facilities. If you book a deluxe suite room, it already has Netflix, TV, balcony, complete amenities, and a clean toilet.

the cleanliness of the hotel is very good. breakfast for ages above 6 years is charged, not expensive, only 50 thousand. there is a children's playground area that is being built.

nice hotel, good and friendly service, family room is also spacious. But maybe it's just a dud, it seems like there are insects/mites in the mattress, so the whole family is itchy. Hopefully it can be improved again, or the mattress can be vacuumed

the location is cool, the breakfast menu is not very varied. the soap bottle keeps coming off, please fix it, make it permanent if possible, don't just stick it with cork glue. The balcony atmosphere is really cool, suitable for a honeymoon.

The staff is very friendly, this is my 3rd time staying here, starting in 2018, I was so happy when I entered the room, it seemed like I got an upgrade, because there was a living room even though I chose the standard one, the room was clean, the pool was still as good as before, only the food was different from the previous 2 times, yesterday there was no taste in the Indonesian food and the western food was only spaghetti... before it was really satisfying, both the western and Nusantara menus.
