The toiletries provided were incomplete, there was 1 towel but 2 toothpastes and no soap. Maybe they forgot, but the place is nice.

I came at night, the place was hard to find because the neon box was small and located quite high, I got lost around the shophouses, the receptionist was not ready at the place, although not long after the officer was there but we were made worried waiting without certainty. Entering the room, it was actually quite comfortable for transit, cleanliness was quite maintained, BUT it was hard to sleep all night because the sound of RATS or whatever it was on the roof was very noisy until dawn. Input for management so that there is improvement.

They asked to check out at 11 am, but the front office staff was not there and we had to wait a long time. It's an inconsequential name.

Not recommended for people who have been hit by a disaster, lost identity has been presented in PDF form, and has been given a security deposit but still asks for a physical one. I've been waiting for 2 hours so I can't get in and I can't get my money back. Service is lacking.
