The reception was good but the room was not soundproof and I could not sleep that night because every 20 minutes a sound came from outside the room like a water pump hitting the wall and it kept running for two minutes. I did not sleep well.

The staff was friendly, and the airport shuttle service was a great extra perk they offered. The room was clean and comfortable, making it totally worth the price

Actually I want to give more value for the hotel. But because the security is not friendly I give it a low score because no matter what, service is number one for the hotel. When I had a guest, the security did not help to confirm or help my guest to go upstairs. But instead told me to go downstairs. Very unfortunate.

We stayed here for 5 days 4 nights. Couldn't use the WiFi at all The front desk staffs so annoying, bad attitude. Please do train them how to behave. Thank you.
