Actually I want to give more value for the hotel. But because the security is not friendly I give it a low score because no matter what, service is number one for the hotel. When I had a guest, the security did not help to confirm or help my guest to go upstairs. But instead told me to go downstairs. Very unfortunate.

We stayed here for 5 days 4 nights. Couldn't use the WiFi at all The front desk staffs so annoying, bad attitude. Please do train them how to behave. Thank you.

Only the WiFi wasn't good at all. Can't work with the hotel WiFi.

A hotel with excellent service, just like its name, d prima Hotel. There was a small issue with the bathroom floor that caused my foot to get scratched and bleed. Their staff was immediately responsive, providing various kinds of medicine and first aid supplies, and they promptly fixed the floor issue. I also received a complimentary treat in the form of delicious cake and fruit as a gesture for the minor incident. The best hotel I've ever stayed at during my visit to Tangerang. Awesome!

I stayed for a night before my morning flight. It was really convenience. The room is clean with useful amenities and the service is good. When you check-in, the receptionist would ask about our flight schedule to organize a free shuttle to the airport. Friendly staff would remind us earlier before the schedule.
