Unpolite front desk services, we have had first flight, they put us in a room which there 's reparation in the middle of the night, drilling and we can't sleep at all, after I complained about it they put us in a room that is way far from comfortable, still we have impolite worker. Not recomended, not not worth for that price. Unbelievable.

The room is hot & very noisy. Cannot sleep well all night long. My intention on booking the hotel is to have a good rest before my long flight in the next morning.

It is a hotel inside the airport. From the international arrival gate take the lift to the upper floor (the departure), it 's located near E check in area. A nice place to take a rest while waiting for the next flight. The staffs helped carrying heavy luggages and offered a wake up call in the morning. The room is decent, now equipped with a portable air conditioner. Staffs were very nice. I was served by Bimo, Ade, Amin, Nur, Sohib and they were nice.

Not recommended for smoker guests. The smoking area is too far away (outside terminal building).

Staff are friendly, easy check in and check out, nice and clean room, ac is cold. Con: ac is too noisy and room is small.

On traveloka price charged for 6 hours was more than a single night. On arrival I wanted to upgrade to full night stay and was charded an additional 1/2 day worth. The staff basically charged me 1.5 day rate for one night and didn't even include breakfast.
