All hotel staffs are very friendly. Rooms are clean, tidy. Quite pleasant. Only TV has no channels

Strategic location in Central Jakarta. Very small room. Can't open the suitcase on the floor, must be on the mattress because it's so small. Open the door, hit the bathroom. Open the bathroom door, hit the toilet. The bathroom is a bit dirty and the floor is slippery. Even though I stayed here before, the bathroom was clean. Water and wifi are safe. The staff are on standby 24 hours and are quite friendly.

The staff is very nice, but the hotel is not as expected, the bed is very dirty. I want to refund my money on this application but it doesn't work.
