This hotel accommodation is highly recommended for family staycation. The suites room good for family stay cause they have 2 bed room and 3 bed room, dinning room and spacious living room. Highly appreciate for hotel staff super friendly and welcoming. Inclusive breakfast has varied meals chicken porridge and Danish pastry 10 out of 10. Great experiences with El Royal Hotel!

Thank you for the hospitality, my husband and I were enjoyed it. There 's small issue at the bathroom, but the staff worked and completed it quickly.

Waktu saya coba Check-in by phone resepsionis tidak bisa kasi informasi yg pasti apakah bisa early check in, seperti yg saya request di app. Saya tiba 1/2 jam sebelum jam check in yg ditetapkan pihak hotel, ternyata kamar yg saya pilih sebenarnya ready dan bisa saya check in lebih awal. Hanya resepsionisnya saja tidak mau kasi informasi (mungkin kebijakan hotel) Tapi secara keseluruhan pelayanan hotel bagus. Kamat kedap suara. Makanan bervariasi. Sabtu minggu rame yg nginap. Terima kasih eL hotel dan traveloka
