It's really fun if you bring your family. Yesterday I happened to take the 3-bedroom one. So it's really fun to go on vacation without having to go far.

A comfortable hotel for children. Spacious rooms and affordable prices.

The first time I stayed, I immediately got a free upgrade from a premier room to a suite. And the AC was very cool, great 😁🫰🏻

Very nice for a staycation with family.

Stayed here with family, initially got separate rooms and one of them was dark due to lack of lighting, but after asking to change rooms, the staff responded quickly and changed to another floor according to our request, what still needs to be considered is the cleanliness of the bathroom floor which is still slippery and not scrubbed enough, please do better in the future

I book 1 room everything is ok except for my 5 year old child who is charged for breakfast, where in other hotels of the same level for children under 12 years old are not charged. maybe this can be considered

The kids are really happy staying here.. it's clean and there are lots of activities for the kids.. the only downside is that kids over 5 years old are charged for breakfast🥹 everything else is good👍🏻

Clean hotel, friendly service, delicious food

second time staying here, it was very crowded because of Eid holiday, minimal staff so room preparation was not optimal, we arrived at 4 pm and could only enter the room at 5 pm, breakfast was also chaotic, often couldn't get a seat, food ran out quickly, in the room some facilities were incomplete, had to be requested first, like glasses, coffee, tea, the elevator took a long time because there were many guests and we were on the 26th floor at the top, well it's okay... luckily the staff were kind and friendly trying to help as much as possible, the only drawback is at least if it's crowded, please turn on the AC in the elevator corridor, it's very hot if you wait for the elevator too long... oh yeah one more thing, the gym facilities are all broken and can't be used, it's a shame 😕

Overall, it's great, it's safe, it's comfortable, it's steady, it's gas.

Here for a vacation with family. Nice hotel, complete facilities, location is very close to MOI mall, walkable to Lotte, close to the hospital. The hotel area is easy for wheelchair users to access, and all staff are very helpful. But there are things that need to be improved and hopefully can be considered by the hotel. Check-in time is later than other hotels (15.00) and maybe because it's a holiday so the rooms are full, so when I arrived at 15.10 it turned out that there was a queue at the front office. The FO officer was kind and friendly but the check-in system could be updated, because the process is quite long, usually it doesn't take up to 5 minutes to complete the check-in process, but this can be almost 10 minutes for 1 guest, so the queue is long. And the room wasn't ready even though I had booked online a week before, then I was informed that the room would be ready in about 20 minutes and I didn't know which floor and which room it was, I would look for the fastest one to finish. There are 3 elevators and they are all fast so I didn't have to wait long for the elevator. When I arrived at the room, I was satisfied with the room (room 2111), the AC was in every room and it worked well, the AC was cold and didn't smell. There were 2 rooms inside because I ordered a two bed suite. Microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer worked well. There was a large sofa bed in the living room. And a dining table. The room is spacious, clean, fragrant. The bathroom was clean and the floor was easy to dry. There was a balcony but it turned out that all of them were not allowed and could not be opened. The breakfast menu had many variations, it tasted good, the waiters/waitresses were all friendly and kind, oh and they were also agile so there were no dirty plates on the table because they were immediately lifted. The swimming pool was clean, but the floor on the edge was slippery. And the space for the kids area inside was like a regular pool, eh, it immediately fell from the shallow place to the deep place. Quite dangerous in my opinion. The HK staff were clean and agile in their work, I asked for it to be cleaned when I was swimming, it was finished when I finished swimming.

The room is super spacious, very suitable for those who bring family. The staff is friendly and helpful. Stayed 4 nights here, the only downside is the breakfast menu is the same hahaha.

the journey from outside to there the room was not yet available, told not to wait 30 minutes.. it's been almost 1 hour and the room is still not available.. I'm tired and want to lie down... and the baby suddenly has a fever... but the room is not yet available... even though the order was clear before booking the room I had given a note.. please pay attention to the note

For cleanliness and friendliness of the staff is very good. But for the taste and variety of food in my opinion is lacking because I tried fried rice with anchovies but there was no savory or salty taste from the anchovies and also the texture of the rice is harder than the fried rice that is cart. if possible, the spaghetti variant for breakfast should not be the black pepper one. The pepper flavor is too strong. The texture of the pastry and bread is also hard. Sorry.
