It felt at home as we were staying there for 3 nights. The hotel is so homy and clean, has a very strategic location which close to tourism spots, and moreover the staffs are so familiar. We really recommend Gradia 2 for your family trip in Batu. Gradia, please keep up your good service. We'll definitely stay there when we have a chance to visit Batu next time

Okay all. The location is close to everywhere. The atmosphere too. For a family hotel, it's okay. The food is appropriate *. The swimming pool is small though. But who would want to use it during the rainy season and the weather is cold. It was recorded at 18°C when we stayed. So we pulled a lot of blankets. 🤭

1. The hotel staff is very friendly 2. Excessive people are charged 3. Cleanliness should be improved. I found a safety pin and a little dusty in the living room and upstairs bedroom 4. The fried rice is delicious and the portion is large 5. Complete toiletries. I like the smell of the shampoo

I feel so lucky to get this place hehe highly recommend for those who want to go to Batu, visit the Museum Angkut/Jatim Park, the location is close. The atmosphere is cool, the room is big, the bed is big, the bathroom is also spacious 👍🏽 the staff are friendly and very helpful. For breakfast, it's standard, it's still okay. See you next time Gradia 2 🫶

I booked 1 room with 3 double beds for 6pax, the room is very spacious, there is a 2 + 1 + 1seater sofa. The drawback of this room for a room that size is 4x10 m, there is only 1 AC (should be at least 2pk) the room faces east with lots of glass and boven. The hotel room uses many stairs to access the room, because the hotel contour is uneven.

The second time I stayed at Gradia, the first time was in May 2024. the problem is still the same as the AC in the room is not cold, thank god the weather in Batu in July is cool so the room is cool not as cold as in May. other than that, it's good for such a price, you can get a clean room, the atmosphere of the hotel is comfortable, close to the square, a lot of food is really good.

(+) 1. Friendly staff. 2. There was a problem with the sink at night, the officers quickly came to fix it. 3. There are bolsters (very plus point) 4. Even though the furniture and interior are not the newest, the rooms are clean and comfortable. 5. Spacious rooms, children can play here and there. 6. Beautiful and comfortable atmosphere for a holiday. 7. Enough for 4 adults and 1 toddler, really worth every penny. 8. Location near Batu Square. 9. There is a swimming pool, the pool is clean and in the morning there are officers who clean the pool. 10. Complete basic amenities, tea, sugar, mineral water, soap, shampoo, towels. (-) 1. Furniture is a little outdated, but it's not a problem for me. 2. There are no trolleys/bell boys to help carry things, but because there aren't many things I don't have a problem. 3. There was a problem with the sink, but the staff quickly fixed it. Overall I am satisfied, would definitely be back. Thank You
