The service is excellent, super friendly, and responded to my request well.
However, there are several things that need to be improved in order to be better in terms of cleanliness and bathroom area facilities
1. Toilet cleanliness: there are many yellow stains in the corner of the toilet, white stains on the sink
2. Function of facilities in the toilet: the shower came off when in use so I had to request a new shower, water was somewhat stagnant in the shower area
3. Blanket with holes
4, wallpaper peeling
5, the chair in the room was a bit wobbly as if it was about to break
However overall, I have a good staying experience and will definitely book the hotel again in the future. Strategic location, and the hotel view is good.

Actually the hotel is okay, I just got a room that looked like it was not well maintained (the walls were chipped, the shower head came off when I was using it but when I reported it, it was replaced with a new one, they forgot to give me a towel and a bathroom mat, there was no telephone in the room whereas the other rooms had one, there was also no TV cable, when I complained it had just been installed but the broadcast was mediocre), my mother's room also had a leak in the bathroom, hopefully the maintenance can be paid more attention to

the food is varied, swimming pool and there is a hot water shower. the distance to tourist attractions in Lembang is close via shortcuts, around the hotel there are also many culinary delights, basically you won't regret staying at Grand Arjuna.

Not recommended, especially if you bring small children, dirty, lots of dust, few tissues, watching TV, wifi is problematic, the bed is not comfortable, the AC turns off at dawn." Move rooms.

The room is really big, but somehow it's not very clean and there's a lot of dust. The bathroom is fine, big and clean ππ» the breakfast is not very varied and it feels lacking. The swimming pool doesn't provide towels huhu.

As a former receptionist, when I was served here, it was not informative, the FO staff was not very friendly. The room key that was given was not active. The ones who were very friendly were the HK staff and the kitchen during breakfast. In terms of the room, it is still ok, the location is strategic. There are still some things lacking in the food, such as the bread when eaten, the egg tastes fishy π the pool is still very nice. Hopefully the hotel will be better in the future.

I got room 312 (deluxe double) the AC was problematic, not cold at all, this room has a pool view. Finally moved to room 211, the AC was cold but there was no view. The dark wooden floor, every corner is dirty with dust, dangerous for my baby who likes to crawl. The food is rarely varied and not very tasty in my opinion. The pool water is cold + dirty. Hopefully this criticism will be a motivation for the hotel's progress, because it claims to be a 4-star hotel.

Until around 3 am exhausted Got room 505 dud. No double lock. Phone didn't work, room was dirty and dusty. AC wasn't cold. Finally went to the receptionist and said later the engineer would come to the room. After waiting for half an hour, no one came. It was difficult to call, finally called manually via cellphone and maybe the team forgot. The engineer came to the room and said it couldn't be replaced because there was a hole and no double lock. Even though I had told the receptionist π finally upgraded to room 212 which is a smoking room. Given an air purifier because the condition of pregnancy must be sterile. Breakfast was okay, swimming pool was okay. Only the room facilities please be improved. Thank you π.

The most enjoyable part of staying at this hotel is the pool facilities. Spacious, the water doesn't smell of chlorine, cool, clean and there is a place to rinse. However, after entering the elevator, it is very small, and the hotel feels old. Greeted by stains on the room floor as soon as the room door is opened, stains (dull) on the duvet and finally asked the staff to replace it, dim room lights (not bright at all in 501), and the bathroom, no bidet in the toilet, stains around the sink, brownish yellow stains (like an old bathroom). 1 round bar of soap, 2 dental kits, and no shampoo soap? Confused too. Please, fix the room maintenance again. It's a shame even though the view is okay, but the windows are full of dust π. Although the plus points: The front office is quite friendly and fast response, all good! The sheets are clean and fragrant, the hot water works well and the room air conditioner is cold. But it seems like just one stay here, I'm sorry π₯².
