The staff were friendly and professional. The food was so delicious and fresh, room rate was reasonable, room was beru clean and comfy with sufficient toiletries. The location is great at the center of Kuningan City. What I like most was the weather: cold and comfortable. I'll be back ASAP!

I havent tried other hotels in Kuningan, but for me this hotel was very satisfying, let the rating talks. The parking lot is big, breakfast is delicious and variative, the location is superb, with walking distance we can get to marketplace or culinary places. Not the least, the staffs are very kind.

Actually, I always stayed at this hotel while visiting Kuningan Area, because the Hotel really located in strategic area (City Centre). But, this time I really dissapointed with their Parking Management. They have Wedding event on my last time stay there. But They are not managing their Parking Area, meanwhile Hotel Visitor will need to have such kind of mobilisation (Visit another area or even beli oleh2) My Husband stuck His car, can not even move for such of 45 minutes waiting. Advice: If you would like have big event and also on that time there's another external event (Car Free Day) you must consider all the risk for managing your guest, not only the Human Crowded but also the Parking management. Another advice: you must consider to find another recipe for breakfast, sometime you need to have menu modification instead. Thanks
