Pelayanan staff sangat ramah dan helpful, plus pesen kamar standar tp karena saat check in sedang hujan dan akses menuju kamar area outdoor agak licin (saya sedang hamil) sama pihak hotel memberikan kamar superior yang akses nya lebih aman untuk bumil. Terima kasih banyak 🙏🏻.

Such a good experience staycation in Malang. The hotel is big, completed with good facilities and have a jacuzzi like 5 star hotel. Will come back if we go to Malang again

Price scam! First time going to Guci, I didn't know the area, so I relied on "Preferred Partner" as my choice of hotel/resort. But very disappointed! The hotel is priced at almost IDR 1 million/night, but the reality is very far from benchmark hotels/resorts with similar prices. It's not suitable to stay (it's actually disgusting), but I was forced to stay overnight because I needed a survey, especially when I arrived at late check-in and wanted to rest quickly. (-) Negatives: a) The room smelled very damp and fishy, so asked to change to another room. b) The replacement room building is like a subsidized house building, the walls are cracked everywhere. But at least it wasn't as humid as the previous room. c) Damp on the wood/mold (health hazard). d) Dust/dirt everywhere, especially under the table, near the cupboard, in the corner near the door and there are even ant/termite nests. e) Hard bed, thin sheet full of spots and wrinkles. There's hair everywhere. Had to clean the bed first. f) The bathroom is dirty, the walls are full of traces of soapy water, toothpaste, hair, dust/dirt, the floor is very, very slippery so there is a risk of slipping (safety hazard). Wet bathroom type, very far from hotel standards. g) Sanitary and mirrors are basic, dirty, full of white spots, rust and dust/dirt. h) Towels do not absorb, yellowish color. Not hotel standard. i) The water is small, so it takes a long time to shower. j) Plywood/plywood furniture. k) There is no AC, even though the location is not too cold, so it is difficult to sleep because of the heat. l) There is no mini fridge like a hotel. m) Car parking is challenging. n) Noisy because above there is a café with live music/karaoke. o) The location apparently is not yet in the tourist area. (+) Positives: a) Friendly staff. b) The hot water is very hot (either negative or positive) Suggestion: For hotels: need deep cleaning and price revision. Don't be greedy!

Comfort and service is ok.

I stayed in room 06. The room is too dark. Only three/four local analog TV channels. The light in the bathroom is very dark. Have to wait for 10 minutes for the hot water to kick in and no temperature control of the hot water. Even the door knob of the bathroom door is broken. The linen and the chair covers were not clean. The paint in the wall, some places are cracked and dry. In the middle of night, rattling noise on the ceiling, sound like a mouse or a rat running on the ceiling. This room is not well maintained. I think it 's too expensive for the price of the money. The reason I choose this hotel, the night before I stayed in Grand Dian Slawi and it was very good and satisfying.

Instagramable. Aesthetics. Clean. Wifi doesn't reach the room. The breakfast menu doesn't have many choices even though the price is pretty good. No omelette. You have to order first, if you make an omelette, the menu is mandatory at the hotel. When I ordered it came out not an omelette but actually an omelet that was just folded.

The bed sinks. Food is pretty good.
