It a pleasant moment during our stay, to celebrate Mrs. Local home food's birthday. This accommodation went the extra miles to cater my family's need. The hotel really has every facilities that you need like private beach, sun bed, various restaurants, spa, sport center, fun pools, shopping complex, pretty landscaping and large lobby. I would recommend it to everyone.

Great hospitality, amazing place for taking staycation just within couple days. The breakfast also perfect. By the way, I just booked the Standard Room, but it upgraded to Club Access Room. 😊

Came here on honeymoon with my wife. Wonderful experience, the ambience is so nice here, the room is clean, that's a huge plus. The staff is very polite, especially Ibu Suwarni (sorry If I mispel your name, put her picture below), shout out to her, she is very kind. The hotel feels homie. The mattress bed is so great, makes me want to sleep more. But I was expecting more from the hotel because I call them on phone and I told them I was on Honeymoon trip. I was expecting there will be flowers on the bed, or like welcoming flowers for us. But there is nothing. It's just like normal check in.. On the 4th day in Bali, I check in to Aksari Villa, I didn't expect anything but they made the room so pretty with flowers, and welcome words on the walls with my name, and flowers on the bed saying Happy Honeymoon. Love it. Wonder why Grandhyatt a 5 star hotel didn't do the same like Aksari Villa. But all is Ok. Thank you

5 stars hotel will never disappoint us. The area of this hotel is very large, and the swimming pool as well. The room is very spacey with the super comfy bed. It’s very lovely to stay here. We’ll stay again here for the next trip.

At first I was not too excited to stay at the Grand Hyatt, because from the room photos it looked a bit old and not modern. However, we still wanted to enjoy Nusa Dua with its child-friendly beach, in the Hyatt hotel chain. My guess was wrong because it turned out that our family was very happy to spend 4 days and 3 nights at the Hyatt. The resort has very complete facilities, lots of swimming pools, lots of restaurant choices, a gym and various sports activities, there is even a squash court! Even though it rained for several days, we were still comfortable in the room and other indoor activities. Everything in the room functioned well. Aaya liked the screen door to the balcony, because we could turn off the AC and enjoy the fresh air when it rained without fear of mosquitoes or other animals entering the room. There are many birds and squirrels in the garden area which is fun for the kids (don't disturb or feed them). Our favorite Watercourt restaurant for breakfast. Salsa Verde for lunch while playing in the pool, and dinner at Nampu Japanese restaurant. Suarta from Watercourt and Sutan Bayu Aji from housekeeping provided excellent service.

The sheets, towels, and sofa all smell musty. I'm disappointed that a five-star hotel smells so bad. The bathroom window can't be moved either. The maintenance is really lacking :(

There are so many activities that can be done in the hotel area. Suitable for a vacation with children, clean beach, nice pool, really helpful and friendly staff, the food is also quite tasty. Well, this hotel is a complete package.

Everything was amazing. Beyond our expectations. Will come and stay here again for sure. Note: choose room that is near to every where because at night it might get too dark and quiet at some areas.

The room itself has a lot of bugs: ants and spider. The cubby in the corner of the room is not that clean and musty. The good part about it is resort itself private access to the beach, pool, and slide. So I guess in overall we still enjoy our stay there.

It ' s family friendly hotel, but had bad experience when checked in process, wait for 2 hours to get our room ready, when we get our room, is still on cleaning process. Maybe they don't have enough time for cleaning the rooms, the room smells really bad, and the toilet smell like dry pee on the floor: (.

Room with Ocean View is the best. Room is very spacious especially for family with kids. Kids facility awesome. Beach area is comfortable. Overall is OK.

Great and spacious room! The furniture and the building is old but kept clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. My husband dislike the distance from our room to public places like swimming pool or the beach (they have shuttle boogey car but not always available). But overall would recommend this place if youre staying with kids. The swimming pool was incredible! My kids loved the water slide very much. They also have kids club and toddlers club, very much like a day care for 3 year old and up. Very convenient if parents need to be free from their children for awhile 🤭
