The hotel is comfortable to stay in. For the toilet, please recondition it so that the smell does not disturb.

This hotel is not comfortable for resting or working for more than 3 nights because the facilities are very limited, especially in the room, such as no water heater (although gallons and dispensers are provided for all residents), yes, you have to go in and out of the room when you need hot/cold water to drink, this is quite disturbing-quite disturbing-quite disturbing my comfort as a guest staying. The WiFi is often disrupted. The electrical socket is located right next to the bed, this is very dangerous and not recommended. There is no electrical socket at all on the work desk. There is still an opportunity for the hotel to improve its services, including providing breakfast.

Water heater (electric kettle is available in each room. Breakfast is not provided because you did not buy it or it can be suggested to request upon check-in. Thank you. Your suggestions are very much needed to upgrade our hotel.
