For transit, it is still quite good, but not recommended for staying. Some shortcomings: - The bathroom faucet does not flow fast enough, hot water for bathing takes a few minutes. - When the water enters the heater, it is not drained, it looks unclean. - The trash in the trash can when checking in is not cleaned (there is still trash in the trash can). - For the hotel category, the security deposit is too expensive. - The check out process takes quite a long time.

Not according to the promotional advertisement before booking, the information was that staying would get a gala dinner for 2 people, but when staying, they said they didn't get it. Instead, they were told to buy an additional ticket for 250 thousand. Really disappointing. Disappointed with the management of the Grand Town Hotel Maros.

I checked in and got a room on the 1st floor, when I entered the AC was not on and the room smelled like there was a bathroom. Then I complained to the receptionist and the response was not fast enough, but finally the room was changed to the 5th floor, the hotel hallway was hot and there was no AC. The food was quite varied. The location of the hotel is very strategic, close to everywhere.
