Standard facilities available. There is hot water. The breakfast is one kind, but it tastes good. Strategic location. It would be better if the room had a small minimalist wardrobe or just a clothes hanger in the room.

The room is dusty. There is no sound proofing in the building. The noise from outside the room is quite loud especially our room is in the receptionist area and next to the stair.

Pengalaman kami saat menginap di sini kurang menyenangkan. Pelayanannya kurang ramah, slot kontak listrik di kamar tidak bisa digunakan jadi tidak bisa mengecas smartphone, sudah bicara baik-baik dan minta diganti kamar yang setipe, tapi dibilang tidak bisa. Malah disuruh bergantian dengan kamar lain (untung itu saudara, coba kami hanya memesan 1 kamar dan tidak ada kenalan pasti bingung mau ngecas dimana), pokoknya sarannya pelayanannya dibaguskan lagi, karena harga kamarnya lumayan pricey seharusnya memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik juga untuk pelanggan:).

The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are also clean, only this hotel is in long land. Although there is no air conditioning, the weather there is very cold. There is also hot water. It is recommended that you will come here again if you have a long stay. If the food is only fried rice or bread.

Our family was quite satisfied while staying at Greenhill Hotel Alahan Panjang ... hot water was available, cleanliness was good, food for breakfast was good ... service and honesty of the hotel staff was very good ... happened to run out of the breakfast bag left in the dining room and delivered by the hotel staff to the room and thank God nothing was missing ... we took the connecting room ....

The temperature of the area is cold, there is 24 hours of warm water in the toilet, there are rooms where the TV is broken. It has been reported to the officer but the answer is the TV. Just funny. instead of being fixed. Now, because the Eid season so that the officers were overwhelmed, the things in the room were not ready, such as having to ask for towels, toilet rugs, trash cans. 1 breakfast menu is available, namely fried rice and warm tea / coffee. One more. Please provide a smoking room that is open to consumers who smoke. So that the smoke does not interfere with other consumers because there are consumers who smoke in the room so the smoke enters the room. Happens to be affected by cigarette smoke.
