The taxis are too expensive, I am charged from a hotel to Nagoya for 50 thousand while there are only 16 thousand.

Order by Traveloka Site but when you want to check-in it turns out the hotel wants renovations and we are transferred to another hotel, Masa has no confirmation with us before.

I was asked for a 200rb deposit at the time of checkin but at the time of checkout it was returned only 100rb I ordered a deluxe room but it was standardized and waited a long time to be given a room

The hotel is old. Front desk staffs are not so friendly. The carpet with cigarette holes, linen with holes and not white anymore, arm chair’s cushion broken and smelly and chair with cigarette hole, are all worn out. Need renovation. Close to harbour bay mall, but the mall it self almost empty. Good that there is a supermarket. Close to other mall but hard to find reliable taxi in Batam, dominated by unregistered taxi who charge unreasonable fare.

If possible for those who stay more than 2 days, they are given a card for their room 2, why is that. Because I stayed in one room. why ask for 2 cards. So if you want to leave the room / hotel it's not difficult. I have to report with the clerk first, I want to go to the new room between the officers to go up to the elevator to the intended floor, it also drives to the front of the elevator. The reason is not my logic. The operator version is different, one says full. The other one is still testing the card. Even though I have saved a deposit at the hotel, if there is a rule to remove the card, I have to just cut the deposit. From uncomfortable customers. Sorry for the correction so that the service is improved. No customer service shower if you want the hotel to be crowded with customers.
