The two-bedroom residence which we booked was very spacious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast spread was quite good. Overall, it was value for money.

Great parking lot. Room sizes are perfect and roomy, however, wall colour are dirty. A lot of spider nest in the balcony. Linens and towels are no more white slightly yellowish. Wifi & internet unstable. Breakfast variety good enough. Missing some protein stuff like sausages etc. Overcooked vegetables and eggs. Eggs suggested to be freshly cooked not pre-cook in order not to make it dry egg.

- Hotel building and facilities needs more maintenance and rennovation (old building)- location was good, but very busy traffic.- staff and security very friendly and hepful.- bathroom amenities was so so.- ac a little bit noisy but cold enough.- smelly parking area.

The interior are a bit old compare other harris hotel I ever tried. The aircon was too loud and old too, it makes me not enough sleep during my stay.

Very accommodating, staff are helpful, just forgot their names. They allowed us to have early check in as soon as my relatives arrived at the hotel. Rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. Location is good, not too busy and near the city. Yummy breakfast. Basement parking a plus as the car is not under the heat of the sun. We will recommend and definitely we will be back.
