This is the second time I have booked, the apartment is very clean, spacious, with 1 main bedroom in which there is a private bathroom, two guest bedrooms and the facilities provided are very complete such as cooking utensils, glasses, spoons, forks, knives, dishwasher , stove, etc. that I usually don't get at other apartments. The quiet location of the apartment and the beautiful atmosphere make me comfortable. For family or business holidays with a team it feels right and recommended to stay in this apartment.

Excuse me, a little input for improving facilities that are not yet optimal, please be kind enough to be followed up on the first opportunity, especially in room 1730 so that when the next family guest enters, it will be more comfortable (such as: the door to the balcony is broken and only blocked with a used cloth, the water tap in the bathroom is leaking, all the lights are not bright enough for the size of the apartment and there is a light that is missing, namely above the dining table, and the entire room should be given more fragrance to make it more fragrant, and no less important, all AC units should be serviced so that they are cooler as they should be)

got a room with an amazing view, there are 2 rooms with 2 ACs and an Android TV, but unfortunately there is no WiFi and the electricity often goes out by itself if you use a water heater with AC

I booked 3D2N at this apartment, I brought my family here. I got room on 6th floor and didn't expect that the second bed was above the wardrobe (see picture enclosed), it was too close to ceiling so it was not for an adult. so I requested to move to another room and I got room on the 8th floor, we found the second bed was "normal" but when we moved the bed to the left in the main room as the aircon was directed to the bed (due to a baby), we found a lot of trashes (including condom box) there (see picture enclosed). There was no hot water on the 8th floor room and the room was not clean. So we decided to move to another property the following day even I booked for 3D2N.
I asked the staff and they said they didn't know about bed above the wardrobe. Overall, the rating was bad and not recommended.

Alhamdulillah, while returning from college from IKIP Siliwangi, I invited my family to stay at High Livin. At first I was hesitant because there were bad reviews. But everything was fine, the office and staff were friendly. The room, bathroom, swimming pool, and apartment area were clean. It was really worth it for those who brought their family.

I ordered 3 rooms, and got different floors for each room. The first room was on the 7th floor, not bad, just lacking lighting. The second room was on the 10th floor, the bathroom door couldn't be locked, the mattress made a sound every time I changed sleeping positions and the springs were felt, but in terms of cleanliness it was OK. The third room was on the 18th floor, very nice, there were toiletries, the room was clean and comfortable, the only minus was the lighting, the middle light was off. That's all my and my family's experience. Oh yeah, I ordered a room with free breakfast but didn't claim it because breakfast was opened at 7/8, while I checked out at 5.30

- Not bad for the price of 800, you can get 3 rooms even though the agent next door set the price at 500. - The floor of the room still has a little light dust and needs to be RENOVED because many are damaged. - It's time to replace the wallpaper because it's peeled off and dirty. - The technician is responsive to fix the electricity that often goes down when the AC is turned on. - The hot water in the small bathroom doesn't work. - The staff is alert and friendly.
