I had a great stay at Hotel Plaza Inn Kendari. The room was very spacious and it had everything you need to be comfortable enough, and the staff was always very friendly. At first, I had a problem with the room they gave me because it didn't have the options that I selected when I booked it online, but once I told them about this misunderstanding, then they immediately changed it and they gave me a really great room. Excellent hotel.

Because the parking lot is narrow, we automatically have to leave the car key with the security, and the bolts on my car key are missing, I don't know what they did to it until all the bolts came off. Without any responsibility, they just tied it with rubber.

Previously I have stayed at this hotel several times, once with friends and now with a small family. And we quite enjoyed it because the room was clean, the bed was spacious, there were several compartments to store small items and there was a swimming pool too. Overall it was satisfactory except for the parking area which was a bit difficult.
