Is it because it's the fasting month that the food is very little and not varied. Good for small children, suggestion to add a playground so that guests who bring small children will be more comfortable.

When checking in, I ordered a double bed but got a twin bed. It was clearly noted when I ordered. So as a result, the beds were put together after I entered the room. Then in terms of food, because I was menstruating, I couldn't eat sahur and the children were still babies. As a result, I had breakfast. Eh, the food was like leftover porridge and not fresh. There was only a small menu.

For the restaurant, it is too far to get the food so it is a bit complicated going up and down the stairs especially for those with babies, the variants of the main food are also not very varied. For the others, it is ok

1 night stay here, 8/10 overall
Atmosphere/Facilities: the room is quite soundproof, there is a swimming pool (it just needs to be beautified, because it seems poorly maintained), the lobby is nice, the restaurant is also nice
Food: the breakfast menu has a lot of variations, almost all of them are delicious, only the rawon fried rice is not great because it is really dry, it seems like old rice that is fried again sob, the fried rice tastes bland
Staff Assistance: the staff are all friendly, don't forget to say good morning, afternoon, evening, night
Highlights: this hotel could possibly be an option if you want to visit this city again

Check in check out is very simple,
price 480 thousand, not bad and don't expect too much for the size of the room.
what is very unfortunate, it turns out that the twin bed is made into one double bed, I wanted to complain but it was useless, I realized that the twin became a double when I was about to sleep.
suggestion for those who want to stay at Horison Batu, check your order before entering the room (check again whether it is really a double bed), or better yet book a slightly more expensive room.

Suitable for family vacation. For rooms on the 5th floor, the soundproofing needs to be improved, hopefully access to the pool and toilet facilities at the pool will be fixed soon
