Clean, no odor, quiet, good staff, good breakfast, but bad wifi signal and hot water not work good enough. overall good lah.

When I entered the room, I smelled cigarette smoke, even though I had requested in advance for a non smoking room. Then in the room there is a leak somewhere, where at night next to the building there are people burning sand or cement and I can smelled it's smoke in the room, made it difficult to have a comfortable sleep.

The bedsheet was dirty, I found man's hair under the pillow, seem like they didn't even change the bedsheet and pillowcase. There was no glass in room,there's no towel,there's no kettle for us to make coffee or tea. when my son opened the drawer I found a lot of cigarettes' ashes,the window is very unsafe for kids. There was no room make up each day. Even the floor mat is very dirty.
