It was an awesome experience to spend my new year holiday in this 18th floor hotel room for 4d3n. That was so high, I can see Suramadu and queue of cars at entrance of Tunjungan Plaza from my large window. I have no complain for my room and the bathroom. The 100k laundry for 12 peices was cheap and helpful. Just fyi, the phone in the room is unable to make an outgoing call but you can use the phone in the lobby by asking the front desk. The breakfast was various, they serve a traditional and western menu, I love their traditional snack corner so I can try the local food in my short trip right on my breakfast. Thank you Aria Centra and staff for a fabulous hospitality !

For the room conditions at the Aria Centra Surabaya Hotel, it is very pleasant and very spacious. The bathroom is also clean. But in the room there is no menu list for room service if customers want to order a menu from the restaurant to the room. They also do not provide a sign hanger on the door if customers do not want their room cleaned. From the experience of trying the service and breakfast variations at the Aria Centra Surabaya Hotel, it is better not to buy a room and breakfast package. Because for a 4-star hotel, they do not have many variations of breakfast menus, the staff does not immediately fill the menu that runs out, although there is a food area where customers can order a menu to the staff serving in the area, but the staff is very slow and not agile in providing the customer's requested menu. Around the Aria Centra Hotel there is a Komugi bakery, a Hokky fruit shop, there is Tunjungan Plaza so customers can buy food there and save on accommodation costs by buying a room package without breakfast.

The very best point of Hotel Aria Centra Surabaya is the very large room area. For the Deluxe King type room, the room area is 30m² and very clean. But for the breakfast service and the types of food served at breakfast, this facility is very far from what is expected to be obtained from a 4-star hotel service. There are not many types of breakfast offered, even for ordering an omelet, fried egg or scrambled egg, it cannot be handled skillfully by the staff on duty, even though at that time the customers in the breakfast area were not overflowing, because there were still many empty chairs.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is spacious, the location is strategic. But the room is really not soundproof! Because the hotel is a place to stay/rest, it means that at night it needs a quiet atmosphere, staying here for one night can't sleep peacefully because of the noisy sounds from the right and left sides and above the room. It's really disturbing and uncomfortable.
