The room was totally spacious and you will find yourself comfortable in this hotel. I'd suggest you to bring someone if you got a plan to stay here due to the size of its bedroom felt to big to be alone. I am completely satisfied!

The hotel is worth every money you spend. The staffs are welcoming the food tastes good and the room feels like you're staying in a 5 star hotel i mean it's so huge for its price. But then the parking area is small so that's the downside but overall this hotel is a really good place if you want to spend your time at Bandung. Totally recommended

I always love staying in Hotel California! The room is spacious and clean; they have hairdryer in the bathroom. And breakfast never fails me. Also, the staff are very nice and helpful. Ask them for the hidden place that suits for your surprise party.

When I was taking a bath, I was asked which room I was from, okay I reported it, it happened to be me, I went out of the taking bath to the bathroom, then I went back into the taking bath, the staff asked me again which room I was from, I said I asked earlier, I was having coffee inside, then I got some food, there was a staff member asking me again, which room I was from, sir, why do you keep asking?

I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The deluxe room is spacious and suitable for more than 2 people. The AC is very cold. Easy access, the food is very delicious in my opinion and there are variations every day. Good service! Thanks

the staff is very friendly and very helpful. the hotel is located in the city center, the room is clean, the bathroom is also clean. The AC is cold, ask for an extra bed, it turns out it is installed with the bed frame too, so it's very comfortable 🥰. then we were also given a neck pillow souvenir, then given a jar of very delicious cookies snacks. thank you hotel california .. very recommended if you want to stay here. unfortunately there is no photo documentation, because it was already late at night when we arrived at the hotel, the kids were already tired, so we forgot to take pictures.

Plus:
- The hotel is clean. The exterior and interior are nice.
- Got a Suite Room with the best view (city & mountain).
- The room is spacious and can be a place for our children to run around 😁
- The central AC is cold (the temperature can be adjusted).
- The furniture in the room is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. There is a refrigerator, hot water kettle, dressing table, safe box, sofa, wifi, and cable TV.
- The bathroom is clean, the shower and hot water work well. The hair dryer works well in the bathroom.
- The hotel staff is very kind. The security is friendly and actively offers and provides assistance. Good job! 👍🏻
- The breakfast menu varies every day, and it tastes good compared to other 3-star hotels.
Minus:
- We requested a large single bed, but got twin beds combined into one. It's not really a problem for us, but maybe it can be a note so that there are no complaints from other customers who are rather strict with special requests compared to us 😁
- The bathroom smells a bit of cigarettes, maybe from the water pipe? The hotel can pay attention to this.
- The bathroom size is quite small for a suite room.
- The room TV is not a smart TV yet, maybe the hotel can improve it.
Hopefully our family review can be useful input for Hotel California. Overall, this hotel will be one of the main choices if our family goes on vacation to Bandung again.

This is an old hotel but very well maintained, it was fun to stay here for the first time on New Year's Eve too. Maybe it was a New Year's promo, so there were lots of prizes. Got a Dinner Voucher for 1 Room for 2 People, Neck Pillow, 4 Free Snacks. The room is very spacious, the view is also good because the window glass is wide. Oh my, it's really good, I will definitely come here again! The breakfast is ordinary, it's reasonable because it's 50 thousand/person for children. But for adults it's too expensive 100 thousand/person. Even though the food is very ordinary, the taste is not Wow in my opinion.

So far the staff are friendly but the receptionist is rude 😒 stayed 2 nights changing people all no one is nice no one is friendly. The security is even friendlier 🙄
It's really not nice to borrow plates, they are limited to asking for breakfast to be delivered to the room even though there are only 2 people, it can't be done so that the children can eat in the room while the parents want to go out to find culinary in the morning 🤦🏻♀️.
The bathroom is not very clean, the glass is dirty, the floor is slippery, the toilet flush is a bit hard and only given 1 glass in the bathroom, the towels are all dirty. The advantages are the room is spacious, the floor is quite clean but the AC is noisy if it is below 23 degrees. The breakfast that I tasted for a while, the spaghetti bolognese was quite tasty and the shrimp paste was delicious, that's all, the rest is standard hotel
