Reception, customer service part, is very good.
The room is well suited the price and class as well as the hotel. Environment is quiet, safe and comfortable for vacation time.
I will come back to stay at Citradream Hotel if I go to Bandung city.

Probably the nastiest hotel in town. You can smell the pungent smell of garbage even from the parking area. So nasty.

Easy to reach the location, not far from Bandung Train Station and in the middle of Bandung City. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

There is urine trace on the toilet seat. Check in time is not flexible. I just need the room to change clothes but was told by the only receptionist on the counter that.

Cocok untuk yang mengutamakan lokasi yang bagus dengan harga yang murah. Kamar dan area hotelnya lumayan bersih, tapi kamar dan fasilitasnya sangat minimalis.

Hotel is clean and very good location. Near Bandung Train station and many street foot surround. The receptionists are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located near to Kartika Sari Kebon Kawung, Bolu Bakar Tunggal, Siomay & Batagor Sukajadi, Mie bakso Kejaksaan, and Lawson. You can find lots food stall outside the hotel at night. The room and bathroom is clean. Somehow I cannot find the bath soap, I only find the shampoo. The breakfast menu are limited, but it taste good. We have to ask the restaurant staff for egg menu, and they will cook it for your. The fried kwetiauw is the highlight!

I enjoyed stay in this hotel, but I hope it can be free from the smoke. I didn't like when the smoke smells in the lobby, lift, and in front of my room, it makes me sick. But it has a good service and good location, the room is also good and clean enough.
