from airport, there is damri shuttle bus to thamrin city cost 50k rp..from thamrin city, you just need to walk about 2 minutes to reach to the hotel..the check in process was fast..and it is also walkable to grand ind and plaza ind..near hotel there are lots of food stalls

Actually the hotel is nice and comfortable, but the hotel receptionist is not very friendly, the OB is even friendlier, then the receptionist never picks up the phone so I have to go down again to ask this and that, Hopefully in the future it can be improved again, but I like the room, especially the toilet, it is very clean, the water flows smoothly, there is a little note, if we defecate, the smell goes into the room because there is a gap in the door

Overall, my stay was okay, as I didn't expect much from what I paid. However, the stay could've been better if the cleanliness of the entire hotel is taken care of better. The carpet from the elevator to my room in the corner of the hall has lots of stains on it, dust everywhere, my room still has a plastic bag trash below the bedside table, the tea cups in the room were dusty, and the wash basin in the bathroom also has some stains. I didn't expect to get more than what I deserve, but cleanliness in a hotel is a bare-minimum, right? I hope this could be improved. Other than that, everything else was okay.

we stayed from 12-14 December 2024. arrived at the hotel around 14.30 but the room was not ready so we waited for about 15 minutes. the FO staff named Mr. Gusti was very friendly and helpful. the hotel is located in an alley but can be accessed by car, exiting the alley you will find Thamrin City. around the hotel there are also many food sellers. the amenities provided are very complete. for a 3-star hotel, there is a hair dryer in each room. prayer mats are also provided in the cupboard. the air conditioner is very cold. standard food. there is taste and quite varied. maybe some of them are lacking. first experience staying at the Grand Picasso hotel and will definitely come back again. oh yeah, I left my stuff at the reception even though I had checked out. but the officer still responded to me via WA chat and helped me send the package via GoSend. thank you to the officer who worked on the 14th at 18.00
