This is the second time I have stayed at Harmoni. Yesterday, the AC in the first room was having problems. I was immediately told to change rooms and upgrade to one with a balcony. Okay, thank you. My child really likes staying at Harmoni, but there aren't many choices for breakfast.

Stayed at Hotel Harmoni for 1 night.
The hotel lobby is spacious, the staff is friendly, the swimming pool is spacious, there are lots of animals, cute!
The hotel room is standard, but clean, prayer mats are also provided there (a plus point from me), the wifi is in every room, but unfortunately it's a bit slow.
The breakfast is quite varied, delicious, and the best is the view of the mountain.
Overall, I'm satisfied staying here, with a price that is still <1 million. Hopefully there will be fortune to stay here again with a room type with a balcony that views the mountain hehe. Always be successful!

Mmmm I don't know, the room is okay, it's just a bit lacking in food variety, there aren't many choices for breakfast, the taste is quite good. But the security at the front seems lacking in welcoming guests, when guests arrive, instead of being greeted, they are busy playing with their cellphones, not even smiling or saying hello. Hopefully it can be better in the future.

Easy check in/out, friendly staff, but I got a room that still had many shortcomings (room 201). Like the bathroom bidet closet that had a very small water discharge but I couldn't turn on the bidet tap because it was off, the towel hanger was off, and the shower hose was leaking. Maybe more attention should be paid to the readiness of the room before guests enter. The view is very beautiful.

everything is very good.. the staff are friendly.. the best... only one funny incident wkwk there was sumsum porridge.. close to chicken porridge.. I thought it was brown sugar.. when it reached the dining table.. I immediately devoured it.. eh turned out to be soy sauce 😂😂😅😅😅 I'm so funny.. I'm embarrassed 😂😂😂

The hotel is kids friendly, the facilities are complete, the staff are friendly, only the breakfast is not very varied and the taste is also a little lacking in seasoning, other than that there are no problems, next time I go to Garut I will stay there again.

free and spacious parking, there is a prayer room in the parking area, additional breakfast 45k for children aged 6 to 12 years, above 12 years 90k, it is better to book one without a balcony, when checking in request an upgrade to a mountain view balcony only add 100k compared to traveloka, the difference is quite big. the large pool is warm, the children's pool is warm, the jacuzzi is hot, there is a soaking room but it is warm, you must try the coffee at the kopi mahkota sagara resto, the coffee is really good
