Second time stay at this hotel. just stay vacation with my beloved family during long weekend. only at Surabaya because of pandemic & we decided to stay at here. this hotel is very comfort, clean, we enjoy it very much. we choose space room & I think this room is suitable for big family. in the morning, breakfast is delicious, we like it. the last but not the least this hotel have implemented health protocols well. so don't worry if you want to stay at this hotel. this hotel is one of the best choice hotel if you want to vacation but still in Surabaya with family.

The hotel is somewhat older than my expectation. Not as clean as I expected. Considering the COVID19 situation, the hotel has prepared some hand sanitizers and the workers put on mask, however they seems to don't take it too seriously. Sometimes the mask can be seen used on the chin. The room has been freshly clean when I arrived at the hotel, so the check in time was a bit longer than normal, but the welcoming drink helps to ease the tiredness after a long drive. The staffs r very friendly and helpful. They even send our breakfast to our room. Thank you Neo Gubeng..

We only stayed for one night before heading to another city the next day. So, we didn't expect much. But I have stayed in many Neo hotel branches all over Indonesia and usually they're fine. But this one is even below my expectation regarding the cleanliness. The cloth on the floor in the bathroom was very dirty, and it seems it had not been changed for weeks. The sheet and pillows did not smell nice and made me wonder if it had been used before us. The corridor doesn't smell nice at all. The wifi works well, and we could refill water as much as we like. The location is veru close to Gubeng train station.

Staff very helpful, Room is clean, however the Water Heater in my room somehow only works at morning time. I've tried to shower at night with water heater on and the water runs cold.

- Lokasi strategis, dekat stasiun gubeng.- kamar spacious dan bersih.- makanan cukup variatif, masih hangat dan fresh.- petugas di restaurant cekatan sehingga piring kotor tidak menumpuk.- satpam ramah dan sangat membantu saat parkir.

Good and affordable hotel nearby to Surabaya Gubeng Station (17-20 mins by walk). Easy to catch Grab Bike, near to convenience store of 1-2 minutes walk. The bed are comfy and suitable for a short 2-3 nights. The breakfast variety are adequate but sufficient. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Everything is good, it 's just that the wifi is unusable. It 's deal breaker for me. Sorry I could not stay there again if the wifi is that bad.
