The most important thing is Neo hotel provides standard healthy protocol due to covid19. The room very comfy, very warm front officer and security also. Hotel location is quite strategic because very near Tugu Train Station and of course Malioboro Street. Across the hotel, we will find the famous Kopi Joss Lek Man and other traditional food street.

2nd stay, for transiting before catching the train the next morning. To cover the overall experience, following our previous stay, overall same experience. Again a bit improvement suggestion for the shower, but the others facilities meet my overall requirements. Also to mention the wifi is quite good, I rarely get good wifi on 3 starts hotel, but here it’s good. Kudos to Swastika at front desk for a smooth check in-check out process!

I had pleasant stay in this hotel , I stay for 3 night and it was good. Very convenient to everywhere, close to train stations and Malioboro famous place. Clean room, great staff , nice breakfast. Follow the protocol so no need to worry.

A bit disappointed when checking in. It was written that we had to ask for CI at 12.00. It turned out that we were only able to check in after 2. Overall it was really good. Close to Malioboro.

There are no minuses, it's clean, comfortable, fragrant, the location is very strategic, and you get free snacks and drinks in the room, only yesterday I got a room with a broken TV remote, but overall it's perfect 😊

Stayed for one night (2 rooms: 1 family room & 1 superior room), on weekdays (not busy nor holiday season).
It's a 3-star hotel, but they treated you like you’re a very low middle-class guest.
There’s no Yogyakarta’s: “smile of Indonesia” at this hotel (especially the staffs). Lack of smiles! 😅
I asked for two glasses of ice for the room, but the restaurant’s staff said (so unfriendly) the policy is only one glass of ice per room (well… there are two people in the room).
Thanks, once is enough staying at Neo Malioboro. There are lots of cheaper & good service hotels in the area! The only good thing is the location.

Hotel staff / receptionist is friendly ... easy check in / out process, comfortable bedroom / bathroom ... just a shame the drainage is not smooth so it is a bit stagnant. delicious food. car parking is available and safe. next God willing I will stay here again

I was checked in for 2 rooms and arrived at 13:45. One room was ready to use but the other one was ready around 15:30. My whole family stayed in 1 room and of course not everyone can rest at 1 bed. Please be on time next time.

I came to the hotel at 20.30 because my train came to the station at 20.10. The hotel is very near and the reception was prepared for our key room, so no need for a long time to rest in my room.
