The most important thing is Neo hotel provides standard healthy protocol due to covid19. The room very comfy, very warm front officer and security also. Hotel location is quite strategic because very near Tugu Train Station and of course Malioboro Street. Across the hotel, we will find the famous Kopi Joss Lek Man and other traditional food street.

2nd stay, for transiting before catching the train the next morning. To cover the overall experience, following our previous stay, overall same experience. Again a bit improvement suggestion for the shower, but the others facilities meet my overall requirements. Also to mention the wifi is quite good, I rarely get good wifi on 3 starts hotel, but here it’s good. Kudos to Swastika at front desk for a smooth check in-check out process!

I had pleasant stay in this hotel , I stay for 3 night and it was good. Very convenient to everywhere, close to train stations and Malioboro famous place. Clean room, great staff , nice breakfast. Follow the protocol so no need to worry.

Very close to Tugu Station, it takes only 1-2 minutes to be there. So many delicious food surrounding. It was the best choice if you want to travel using train. Will be here again.

Staff is friendly. Lobby area small but cosy, hotel is just across the station, making it very convenient. Malioboro street is just 100m away. Lots of good food & market Within waking distance.

I have stayed at this hotel once before and it was pretty much the same this time, it's pretty loud at this hotel and you can hear people in the other rooms and also in the hallways, this time though it was quite confusing, because when I got the room key I thought they said room 509 but it turned out it was supposed to be 504, I have included a photo I took of the sleeve for the card and you can judge by yourself what you think it looks like, to me it looks like 509, oh well, no biggie. The big advantage of this hotel is the location, right by the train station that will take you to the airport.
