The most important thing is Neo hotel provides standard healthy protocol due to covid19. The room very comfy, very warm front officer and security also. Hotel location is quite strategic because very near Tugu Train Station and of course Malioboro Street. Across the hotel, we will find the famous Kopi Joss Lek Man and other traditional food street.

2nd stay, for transiting before catching the train the next morning. To cover the overall experience, following our previous stay, overall same experience. Again a bit improvement suggestion for the shower, but the others facilities meet my overall requirements. Also to mention the wifi is quite good, I rarely get good wifi on 3 starts hotel, but here it’s good. Kudos to Swastika at front desk for a smooth check in-check out process!

I had pleasant stay in this hotel , I stay for 3 night and it was good. Very convenient to everywhere, close to train stations and Malioboro famous place. Clean room, great staff , nice breakfast. Follow the protocol so no need to worry.

I only stayed for 1 night, the room was clean and fragrant, the staff was friendly. The downside is the AC in the room is not cold. Coming back from a night walk in Malioboro, I wanted to rest immediately but the AC in the room was only wind without any cold sensation. I wanted to report but because I was tired and had to go back to Jakarta early tomorrow morning, I just rested immediately. Breakfast is not very varied, there are more choices of cakes and bread while there is only 1 type of porridge, there is also no soup.
