Overall 6/10. Twin bed 7/10. Bathroom 5/10, no water heater and foot towel. Ac 8/10, so col. Ambience 7/10, a bit noisy from outside. Room 3/10, there were a bug. Compliment 5/10, no amenities. Service 7/10.

Front Desk staff seemed racist. I speak Indonesian and have lived here for 7 years, but they treat me like I am stupid. Very uncomfortable.

The hotel was clean, the staff was very polite, and the breakfast of fried rice very good. The public space, both inside and outside, is also pleasant. But none of the rooms have windows, so it feels very confining.
