I had the most pleasant stay at Santika. The room is spacious and the bedroom is separated with the living room which is very thoughtful. I had my make up session for my wedding reception in the hotel, and there were around 10 people in the room for the make up but the room still Feel spacious. The service was also very good, we brought so many wedding presents yet they helped us bring it to our room.

Overall for a 2-day staycation with kids, it's quite comfortable, direct access to the mall, you can eat anything nearby.
The staff are all friendly ❤, there was an exception when I wanted to check in, there were security guards guarding the door who were a bit unfriendly, when asked about the reception, the response was lacking, they didn't smile either, maybe my husband and I were just wearing normal clothes 😂, and I entered through the mall access, not from the front, so I was automatically confused about where the reception was, because I didn't know where to park the car, I was confused about the parking lot so I parked at the mall, automatically through the door access from the mall. That's all, everything is satisfying, next time I'll stop by again for a staycation 😊

Overall very good, starting from friendly staff, good cleanliness, breakfast menu also has variations, there is a western menu even though it is only spaghetti, maybe it can be improved to improve access for motorbike users to be more friendly in terms of access from the parking lot to the lobby or vice versa to make it easier so that it is not far for pedestrians to get to the lobby. the room is not comfortable because of the noise from above at night so it is a bit disturbing when resting, even though I stayed on the 11th floor, the top floor if I'm not mistaken. But the rest is satisfying staying at this hotel 🙏

It was quite a memorable staycation experience in my own city. The room is spacious and there is a separate room area and family room
Atmosphere/Facilities: pleasant with good facilities and close to shopping

Overall satisfactory, but there is a little inconvenience, we ordered 4 rooms with 1 extra bed and have confirmed the extra bed will be prepared. However, when we arrived it turned out the extra bed was not available with the reason that there were only five and all had been sold. The receptionist only said miscommunication with the day shift reception. So one of the bedrooms with inconvenience.

There was a Family item left behind, coincidentally my extended family and I were told when we left the hotel that there was a family bag left behind, so I continued to extend it. Finally the Hotel staff put it in my room. Thank you to the Santika Hotel staff.
