The food is great, I love how they give us 4 bottle of mineral water. The wifi is pretty fast (500-600KBPS), not to noisy, the shower is great too, I can easily get hot water without waiting too long. Definitely gonna comeback someday with my wife

Booked via apps for non-smoking room, high floor & early check-in. We arrived at 2pm and got a non-smoking room, high floor at a smoking floor on the 8th floor. Defeat the purpose of having non-smoking room as the smoke and smells reek into our room. Request room changes, early excuse response"room are fully occupied"by reception, ended up got our room with additional IDR 100,000.- for upgrade (which is no problem). The issue is offering non-smoking room in a smoking floor your reception staff need to have proper training. SOP for guest requesting non-smoking room at the highest floor = give them a non smoking room at non smoking floor at the highest available. Which is 5th floor. Common sense needed.

Room is neat, okay, and just fine. The Air-Conditioner looks very cool and comfortable. A little bit frustated about the tea and coffee sachet because of the less-amount, just 1 sachet for tea. The Breakfast is delicious and thank you for your hospitality in Laundry.

The hotel staff gave Us good services, friendly smile, delicious and many choices breakfast, cleaned bedromm also bathroom, good 4 (four) mineral water and strong wifi, wide parking area, light coridor was being nice, someday we will come again to this hotel.
