A very nice stay experience at Santika Pekalongan. We got free room upgrade and the room is soo spacious. Check in also very smooth, breakfast lots of variety. Recommended stay at Pekalongan.

Great location. Staff service is not customer-centric or pro-customer. Staff needs retraining definitely. Variety of food is limited and state of food when arrived are all cold even the hot beverages.

Good location due to proximity to train station. Served well by roads to go around Pekalongan, near to City Centre. There are gaps in the level of service by hotel staff. Hotel must be prepared to re-train staff especially housekeeping, F&B and front desk to be proactive to attend to guests request and attention within the property.
