The room is small, the TV is also small. The cleanliness is quite good but the towels are no longer suitable. The color is already faded and not suitable for use anymore. The food is quite good in terms of taste and variety.

The location is good, just the parking lot is very limited. The food is nice, but the variety of the food needs improvement. The room is okay, just not soundproof.

The staff is nice, friendly and helpful. When checking in there was a little problem opening the door but it was resolved very quickly. Including dinner and breakfast at the restaurant with delicious food. Ask for a morning call and it was done. The strategic position directly opposite the station makes it easy to travel by train.

From the first check in, the service was fast and friendly, the hotel atmosphere was nice, the staff were friendly, the security guard helped me carry my suitcase to the station without being asked and was full of initiative. Next time, I will stay at the Santika Hotel again.
