The staff are unfriendly, there 's no tissue and wastebasket in the room. The room is not tidied up on the second day. The phone was almost never answered. The shower is not running well, the cover of the closet is broken.

They didn't tidy up the room on the second day. They almost never picked the phone. The staff aren't friendly at all. There 's no tissue in the room.
