So far the room was nice with monas tower & City view. Air-condition was good but only the thing is the room floor was a bit dusty when we enter to the room. Kindly aware and take note for Housekeeping department staff on this matter! For breakfast food was okay/nice but it wasn't have many variety. The same menu with the previous week that I had stayed in. Keep it up!

+ Good location, big bed, room has a good size, convenient parking lot, easy check in and check out. - not so friendly receptionists, small bathroom, the window was facing directly to the sun. It was getting very hot and too bright easily. No toiletries not even slippers. They didn't provide the D&D sign in the room. So you have to ask them. During my stay, on the second day to be exact, I asked this female receptionist to put the signage on the door. Because we needed to go out and duwan anyone to enter our room. Instead, once I was back in the room, I found that my room was already cleaned. Meaning they let the housekeeper to enter my room. This is totally unacceptable! I asked her to put the signage to let them know to leave it untouched. Didn't know that they misunderstood my words. Please be more careful next time.

Friendly staff unfortunately poor cleanliness the bedsheets and pillow case very dirty with stains and the towels has been used from previous guest not replace with fresh one. Ibis hotel 3 star hotel but down grade to zero star.
