I think my overall experience still be the same, it was a pleasant stay, and always satisfied with the team's friendly and warm welcoming you when you arrived, I don’t need to wait for a long time to check-in, and the team very responsive when you need this and that. Also this my second time tried the mobile key feature which is very awesome that you can have a key in your mobile phone also a chat feature that connects you to the hotel directly.

I stayed for 2 nights in JW Marriott Hotel Medan and overall i'm very satisfied with this hotel. The location is very strategic, the building is very nice and well maintain, the staff is very friendly, the food is good, and the room is very spacious. My only complaint is that the bathroom tv isn’t working anymore. Not a big deal though. I’m looking forward for my next stay here.

Super great service, very professional staffs that are care and enthusiastically helping, incredible city view from the bedroom, great bathroom with big window to look over the city, foods and bakery are undeniably tasty, it do offer a 5 stars hotel facility and convenience as what a Marriot Hotel is known for.

All good, but because I am Muslim, I did not join the breakfast because it is side by side with alcohol. The staff is friendly, the room is clean, the view from the 25th floor is very stunning. It's just that this hotel really needs some refreshing, so it can be more elite than other hotels with the same price.
