This place is really good. Spacious room, quiet and comfy and you can have a little party (if you want to) at its rooftop bar and pool. And it has amazing view, you can watch the sunset from there.

Overall the hotel is good and comfortable, just because it is under renovation so it is a bit uncomfortable. The room AC may be because it is old so it is not cold enough. The restaurant food is delicious, and the service is friendly. Thank you.

Very very bad. 3 days stay no room service. Breakfast is so-so. Overslept a bit and didn't get any. Damp room no freshener. Small bathroom. Drank bottled water in the room only once. Bad room. Bad service. Stayed 4 days without changing the sheets and blankets. Stuffy room, dirty pool. Just checked in and the mattress was half wet

It's not close to the city, there are no restaurants nearby, you have to take a taxi to eat. The air conditioner in the room leaks a little, and the water pressure in the toilet is not strong

Overall hotel experience was good. Affordable room rate for those who like to stay near the berawa beach. Hotel also gave free ticket emtrance to ATLAS so you only need to but drinks and snacks there. Breakfast standard menu but the taste also good.

The hotel location is quite good, close to Atlas Beach Fest, only 500 mtr walk. The rooms and bathrooms are not spacious enough, the parking area is not spacious enough.
