Sayang banget, sprei dan selimut bau dan bercak2 kotor. Kamar mandinya tidak dibersihkan masih banyak sisa rambut di drainage nya.

The hotel is spooky, lots of ghosts, at 1 o'clock there is a sound of a girl crying on the 2nd floor, it's scary anyway, I suggest you don't stay at this hotel, it's already expensive, the air conditioner is broken a lot. There are lots of ghosts, just entering the hotel is disturbed by the ghosts. Anyway, scary times, haunted hotels. Kapok at this Komala Hotel.

Average hotel in middle of the town. Good on parking slot and calm place. But this hotel in pretty not well maintance, air conditional in not cool. But this hotel is still ok to stay in Dumai
