The location is easy to find. The staff are friendly. Especially the front office and the ladies who greet you every breakfast. What's special is that when you finish breakfast you are greeted by name, which means the staff tries to remember the guest's name where I rarely find hotel staff who greet you by name other than when checking in/checking out.
The food is varied and delicious. Especially the lamian noodles for breakfast are really delicious. Unfortunately, the standard children's food (sausages) can run out. While my child only wants to eat that. So I'm disappointed.
Because I'm too lazy to go out. So I always order dinner. The Jimbaran style shrimp is great. Calamari tartar sauce is also good. So I keep ordering. The disappointing thing is the sirloin steak. Better to just order something else. The meat is tough 😭

Back to stay here for the second time and still get the best service from all staff and employees. The comfortable atmosphere and also the very varied breakfast menu certainly tastes yummy.

Hello.. this is my experience staying here.. coincidentally the day the guest was staying there was a renovation and it caused an extraordinary noise that hurt my ears, and the room vibrated, I don't know if they were drilling or what, I called Fo and it was true that there was a renovation.. then we wanted to move rooms, coincidentally I booked a deluxe room.. then when we moved floors it turned out that it could still be heard because all the deluxe rooms are at the end of each floor so it must have been heard.. then the staff moved us to another room. It turned out that it was replaced with a junior suite and the hotel also apologized by giving a written message and a slice of cake.. that made an impression on me and if I visit Sukabumi I will stay here again.. thank you very much Laska Hotel Sukabumi, I was very happy to be able to stay here.

For the price of 1 million, the facilities in the bathroom are not complete, there is no hairdryer, the breakfast tastes quite good but the variety is not complete, overall all the employees are friendly, it's just that on New Year's Eve it's not very exciting there are no fireworks.
