Clogged shower area. Took forever to fix. Had to go down & talked to front desk to request room change after waiting 1/2-hour. Was moved from 3-bed to 4-bed on the same 2nd floor, which we appreciate but we could smell people smoking (even though we requested non-smoking room), and the hallway has many up & down steps, making it challenging to roll your luggages. Also, there 's no hairdryer in the room, we had to request to borrow each day. The breakfast was good though, lobby was nice & hotel was centrally located.

I booked a family room for 3 persons via Traveloka. I arrived there around 11.30pm after a long trip of 9-10hrs from another region, so we were all really tired that night. Unfortunately we had some issues: (1) the air con was not cold enough even we had maximized the temperature; (2) the bed sheet had some black stains on some parts; (3) the towel also had some black stains and there was a little hole as well; (4) the towel hanger was lose and fell down even when only a light t-shirt on it. Overall, I was really disappointed with the service there and not sure I want to go back here again.

Stayed in junior suite room 529. 1) toilet shower door damaged. 2) air con vents very dusty dirty. 3) aircon automatic slows after midnight room very hot. 4) room floors cracked warped. 5) walls paper tearing up. 6) no bathtub as on app. 7) no mini as stated. 8) toilet paper finish never replenish. 9) day 3 of my stay no water in showers for 3hrs. 10) breakfast really below average food oily tasteless. 11) swimming pool water cloudy dirty. 12) jacuzzi not operational. 13) pantry not up to standard. 14) its a 4 and a half star hotel no standard.
