Got many problem with my rooms and the staff didn't response my request as soon as possible after I call them, I've to wait at least 30 minute to wait for the staff to do the request or response.

Berhubung lagi libur, proses check in agak chaos. Antrian Check in sekitar 20-30 mnt. Mulai check in jam 3 sore. Selebihnya oke, staff ramah. Kamar bersih walau tak terlalu besar.

thank you my room was upgraded to deluxe .. the halloween night event was a success there was a lucky idol .. the children's playground is almost perfect, the second time I stayed here ..

Admin fast response so can be helped early check in, there is live music at night, on Sundays for children there is a cooking class or firefighter although it costs more but it's fun to go around the hotel in a fire truck. Breakfast is okay although it could be more varied. The rest is okay, got a room near the prayer room. Drinking water can be refilled. Clean.

Please pay attention to the room. Deluxe. The table sometimes has cigarette marks. The sharia TV is hard to turn on, it's still a box TV. The food in the restaurant tastes standard.

Booked a queenbed room, when checking in got a twinbed room without prior confirmation. The check-in staff was not friendly. Please improve it, what has been ordered should not be downgraded without confirmation.

The hotel is quite comfortable. The facilities are also okay. Only the receptionist is not very friendly during check-in & check-out! Only the breakfast staff are very friendly. Overall I like the hotel. Only the receptionist is the one I don't like.
