1. The number of villa employees on duty is only 1 person to my knowledge who is also a security and hotel clerk so it's a bit difficult if you need something, 2. The water runs small, 3. The water heating turns on and off, 4. There is no CCTV in the villa environment so when I loss of a camera in one of the villas cannot be investigated / security is lacking, 5. The entrance to the villa is not friendly for young children and the elderly 6. When checking in, ask for our dental until check out, not given to jasmine's room, 7. There is construction around villa but there is no CCTV around the villa so it is not safe for villa residents

Thank you Pa Wibowo, for staying at Mandevilla Dago Bandung for December 25 and 27 2022. We're just asking questions: 1. The number of villa employees cannot be just 1 person, we have divided the tasks between security and room service crew to clean up the room, and it is also impossible for Crew service to be done with only 1 person. 2. Regarding small running water, all guests from the date before and after we did not hear any complaints / complaints. And you didn't notify the admin of the water problem, if there is notification our officers will immediately help check. 3. Heating the water on and off is created according to the procedure for heating water, unless the water heater is not working properly, we will send you a new heater. 4. Our CCTV is only installed at several points which do not disturb the privacy of guests and we emphasize that you stay on 26-27 December 2022 at our villa, and only complain about loss on 2 January 2023. 5. The entrance to the villa is not friendly for small children and the elderly, due to the soil structure in the Dago hills with a height of 1000 meters above sea level so we cannot avoid stairs and this has been informed in the system. 6. When I checked in, I asked for dental kits, but we checked with the admin who was on duty that day. There were no requests for dental kits. If there are, we will prepare them and provide them. 7. There is construction around the villa very far from the room you ordered, and construction members also only work during normal hours, namely 8 am to 3 pm, so noise can be avoided.

There are so many rules that haven't been entered yet. The view is okay. But at night the lights often go out. And a lot of lizard t*i fell.

The rules that we treat and we give to all guests are by adjusting to the new normal rules during the covid 19 pandemic, to turn off the lights due to overload when you use it due to the possibility that the electronics that are brought in are more than normal... for lizards to fall because the concept of mandevilla is very natural once… so that this ecosystem grows by itself… thank you for the input… best wishes

For the atmosphere and the service is super good, but honestly we are hot when we sleep, because there is no air conditioning and there is no ventilation (really closed) the suggestion is to have air conditioning because there really is no air, want to open the window when we sleep afraid of animals, we The four of us were only able to sleep at 3 am, the children are really fussy because we live in Jakarta with AC 24 hours non-stop so we are not used to sleeping hot. But thanks to you and the super friendly security, the scenery makes your eyes, brain and heart calm.

Thank you for coming and thank you also for the reviews...we didn't list the air conditioner in this system because the air is quite cool in the morning around 18 degrees and the mandevilla was created with the nuances of the mountains and nature which is very beautiful and we have arranged proper ventilation. quite good, and most guests are quite satisfied with our villa...

Untuk kamar oke sangat-sangat nyaman, tapi untuk akses pintu masuknya kaya mau uji nyali gitu🤭. Agak-agak parno ya sama akses masuknya 🫣. Dari liat penampakan depannya si keliatan banget kaya udah ga terpakai gitu. Agak syok pas di ajak masuk karena bener-bener nyeremin.

Untuk suasananya enak banget, pemandangan nya, untuk kamar-kamar juga gede dan terutama bersih serta toiletnya juga enak 😁 yang bikin beban cuman perjalanannya karena dari lampu merah ke lokasi macet terus jalanan nya sempit untung terbayar pas nyampe tempat nya bagus

Tempat sangat bagus dan jauh dari kebisingan sangat cocok untuk refreshing, cuman beberapa fasilitas masih ada yang kurang, but overall sangat merekomendasikan tempat ini.

Sangat puas dengan kondisi kamar nya, bersih dan nyaman. Cocok bagi yang mau staycation, dari kamar terlihat view kota bandung, ada balkon nya. Parkir luas dengan security 24jam. Lanjut ke lembang juga dekat tinggal meneruskan ke arah maribaya. Will stay again.
